It is mainly used to produce the disposable medical flat face masks automatically: the whole roll of non-woven fabric is driven by rollers after unwinding, and the fabric is automatically folded and hemmed; the entire length of the bridge of the nose is pulled and unrolled. Welded to the seal, then passed through the ultrasonic side seal, cut and shaped by a cutter; conveyed the mask to the two mask earband welding stations through the assembly line, and finally formed the mask by ultrasonic welding; when the mask was made, it was conveyed through the assembly line to flat belt line for collection.
